If you contact our Customer Support, we may record the conversation to address your issues, improve our services and products, and keep it as part of our business record which is subject to our company’s retention policy. Please note that any other sensitive personal information we collect from you is strictly used to fulfill our contracts with you, and for purposes permitted under the applicable data protection laws. We do not process any sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.

How long does AutoZone retain personal information?
